What We're Serving

Small trailer, big menu.

We keep it simple but we don't cut corners. Every drink is pulled, poured, and made to order — whether you're a black coffee purist or you want something a little more fun. Pair it with something fresh from the bakery case and you've got yourself a morning.

  • Coffee & Espresso

All your staples — drip, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos — plus tea lattes, oat milk, and a rotating lineup of specialty and seasonal flavors.

  • Fresh Baked Goods

Donuts, croissants, scones, and whatever else we're feeling that week. Always fresh, always worth saving room for. A big thanks to the wonderful folks over at Twisted Halo in Waitsfield for their hard work and delicious treats!

Our Story

Good Coffee. Good Company

We're Moxie and Sam, a therapist and a web developer with a fascination for great coffee and a desire to create something of our own. When we met, Moxie was deep into specialty coffee and Sam was drinking Folgers. Five years later, Sam was roasting his own beans and Moxie was dreaming about opening a cafe.

A trailer felt like the perfect middle ground. A way to serve people and build something together without giving up the other parts of our lives we love. We built it out ourselves with a lot of help from a very good friend (thanks, Winston!) and set up shop in the Mad River Valley, a place that we are lucky to call home.

Order a single shot espresso and we just might pull up a chair to drink the second one with you.
